An organization consists of many parts with different functions, but it is often unclear how they are connected. If you don't know what the organization's goals are, you set your own, with a high risk of sub-optimization as a result.

Our guiding principles are the foundation of our improvement philosophy. The purpose is that we believe in the clear connection between common goals and results. Everyone can influence and everyone does influence in an organization, so it should be towards the same goal.

Goal-driven leadership
Many people probably agree that communication is a key factor to success, and that it is also difficult to communicate well.
We agree with this but focus a lot on What should be communicated, Why it is important and How the forms should be. Expectations, goals, metrics, responsibilities, mandates, results and purpose are areas that should all be interconnected and communicated by a goal-driven organization through their leaders.
