Who we are

We bring combined experience from roles such as Managing Director, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager, Technical Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, trainer, and project manager. We have worked across industries ranging from automotive and process manufacturing to defence, food production, and healthcare. We have held the positions where decisions are made, and the positions responsible for carrying them out. That combination is what enables us to see the full picture, not just the executive level or the shop floor.
 

How we work

From experience, we know that a manufacturing company with productivity challenges and revenue above SEK 200 million often has an annual savings potential of SEK 5–20 million. We also know that we can deliver an ROI above 200% when given the right mandate. But we do not promise anything we cannot substantiate. We do the groundwork first.

 We are talking about the operational gaps that emerge in everyday work and that no one is explicitly responsible for.

What we do

Our way of creating clarity is through an Operational Value Analysis. We come in from the outside, without internal blind spots, and look at reality as it is. That means conversations at every level, from management to production, numbers that reveal what is actually happening, and time spent where the work is carried out. It is in the space between decisions and reality that most problems arise and continue to exist.

We are not afraid to get our hands dirty in order to understand it.
