Each assignment begins with an Operational Value Analysis, a concentrated examination of the current state of the business. We identify bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities in areas such as production, leadership, flows, quality and finance. The aim is to quickly provide a fact-based picture of where value can be released and which measures will have the greatest impact. 

The analysis combines data, on-site observations and interviews with key people. The result is a clear map of the current situation, and a concrete basis for decision-making for the next step.

Operational Uplift

From insight to action

In Operational Uplift, we translate the insights of the analysis into practical improvement. Over 90 days, we create structure, clear goals and division of responsibilities, while implementing prioritized actions with rapid impact. Together with the management team, we establish a common direction and work closely with the organization to strengthen focus, free up capacity and create measurable results.

This phase lays the foundation for long-term development both through short-term gains and by building the organization to drive change itself.

 

Improvement Program

Realize and sustain improvement

In the third step, we lead the structured Improvement Program, where insights are transformed into implemented projects, anchored working methods and long-term results. We often work in parallel tracks such as Accessibility, Flow Optimization, Quality and Management Structure, with both management level and operational staff involved.

The goal is for the improvements to live on in the organization. When the program ends, routines, metrics and behaviors should be a natural part of everyday life, and the results should be fully visible in Profitability, Cash Flow and Delivery Capacity.
